Project Used Up: Skin care

1.) Citro Belle Skin lotion

Are you familiar with this brand or the product itself? Please ask your mom or titas for me Im sure they are! I got this bottle of Citro belle skin lotion from my mom that works as a toner. She use this way back in her college days (about 30years ago! omg haha) as a toner after she cleanses her face. It has salicylic acid which is best for pimples and this stuff works for me years ago when I was still in my senior year in college. I tried it again when I got these burst of cystic acne but I got tired of waiting and it seems like the effectiveness of this product isnt happening on my face anymore and I had to switch to other products. What I love about this is that, it amazingly cleanses your face. I love it more than eskinol because I dont really like eskinol hehe. I use this when I am so lazy to erase my make up and it cleanses my face like crazy. Ofcourse you dont put this on your eyemake up because it gonna hurt so bad to the point that you cant open it because it has alcohol content. 

2.) Dermplus Spf35 Sunblock

I just dont want to throw products that still can be used. I use this sunblock last summer and supposedly its for summer but I had to used it all up because I want a new product to try and I have to protect my skin with a bit higher spf. I didnt liked it at first because its really sticky and I have a hard time blending it in and it leaves a white cast but as soon as it is absorbed, you can just smell the scent and theres no stickiness. I guess the waiting tine is around 5mins. Not repurchasing.

3.)Nest is: Belo Essentials whitening lotion with spf30

Imagining my love for this lotion. I love the scent, the texture, not sticky but creamy and it dries fast and it has spf30! I get my spf fix with just putting on some moisturizing lotion. I'd definitely get another one. 

4.) Ponds perfect care facial wash

I bought a sachet because I dont want to spend even a single amount for a product that wont work for me. It feels like the routiine would be just an obligation to just use it all up. Well, this variant doesnt clear my skin, it does foam  and cleanse the skin well but it doesnt calm my breakouts so Im giving this a meh. Note that Im using this while on treatment. I think they just dont go well together. And Im gonna try the other variant. And for this, it smells like the classic ponds cream so basically its like you are putting a cream as your facial wash, it lathers well but still I dont like it. I'll purchase the ither variant to see if it will work for me.

5.) Kiehls blue herbal gel cleanser

I know that this is an expensive product but its just a sample. I use it for just 3 days I think. And I dont see any improvements with my skin. It doesnt lather up well like other foaming products but works okay if you are just wearing light make up otherwise you still have to use make up removers. I cant remember the smell but it is sort of minty. Not repurchasing an expensive product because I still believe there are drugstore products that works the same as this. 

6. Human heart Nature feminine wash

I love the scent. It is chamomile fresh and  a drop goes a long way heheh. I didnt repurchase this time because I am trying the Lactacyd intimate white to see if its effective hehe. 

7.) Beauty Formulas Cucumber and Avocado scrub

I love this one but Im hesitant to repurchase it again because it takes me a long time to finish this tube because I dont scrub everyday so thats why and the main reason why I love it is because of the scent! I super love the fresh feeling and fresh scent it gives after the wash. Kt is really refreshing! just like what the product states in the tube. It has beads that you can use to massage your face. It is not microbeads so dont expect a gentle scrubs when using this one. Im still in search for a new scrub but i still wish that it comes in a small tube. I just want to have them around though Im not using it regularly.
