Burts Bees Daisy White workshop with Liz
Such a long title post! Anyway, yesterday we went to Glorietta to attend the workshop by Liz Lanuzo (blogger of projectvanity.com) in partnership with Burts bees daisy white line which held inside Beauty Bar counters.
Lets jump to the wonderful workshop. Its just like any classroom where in someone will discuss in front and demo the product.
The three things Ms.Liz would want us to remember when it comes to skincare are:
1.) Read labels
2.) try one at a time
3.) Be patient
So Im one of those girls who already know this rule when it comes to skincare but still guilty of not following this. I dont usually read labels, I just trust what the product says it can do. But, this time Im gonna read labels, to know if the extract is listed at the bottom part then thats a NO for me. Next is, when I have acne all over (like I always have) I remember buying the whole line of Celeteque and trying it all the same time and trust me it never clear my pimples. Not a single one and I dont know whats with my zits that it never responded to the treatment. Lastly, try it for the whole month. With this one, I can honestly say that I stick to the product for atleast a month before switching. There you go, this is a to deux note for me everytime Im trying a new product.
So, basically, Burts bees launch their new line and invited some of the readers to discuss what they could offer. Their new line is Daisy White which is for whitening and for all skin types. They have facial wash which cost P795. If I heard it right, you can use it with or without water as a make up remover. I love products with dual purpose, I feel that I maximize the use of the product and my moneys worth. Next is the toner which Ms.liz really love. I test the product and it can really remove seated dirt that our eyes cant see. It is citrusy scented toner that doesnt sting. They also have moisturizer that I feel a bit thick to use for daytime. I saw Liz rub it to the back of her hand as she rubs it, I think that the product really penetrates on her skin well. Next one is a serum. I am using serum but from a different brand in a replace of my moisturizer but since I feel that the serum is more sticky than my usual moisturizer I try to put it on minimum which is not advisable. Ms.liz said that when using serum, you should put that all over your face to maintain all areas. And lastly, they also carry an eye cream which already has a built in applicator that you can actually use with convenience.
So, thats it for my Burts bees daisy white line blog :)
